Returns Policy

Returning an Unwanted Item?

We get it, sometimes something just doesn't work for you and you want your money back. As long as an item is still in its original condition, we accept returns, subject to the rules below. None of these rules affect your statutory rights.

If you return an item within 14 days of receiving it, we'll give you a full refund by way of the original payment method. Delivery charges are non-refundable unless you have received a faulty or incorrect item.

We aim to refund you within 7 days of receiving the returned item.

After that?

We don't accept returns for unwanted items after the relevant returns period above. If you try to make a return, we may have to send it back to your default delivery address and ask you to cover the delivery costs.

Original Condition

Of course, it's fine to try an item on like you would in a shop, but please don't actually wear it. If an item is returned to us damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, we won't be able to give you a refund, and we may have to send it back to you (and ask you to cover the delivery costs). All items are inspected on return.

Examples of an unsuitable condition include items with pet hair, garments sprayed with deodorant, aftershave, or makeup, as well as garments with signs of body odor or freshly cut hair inside.

All returned items should be sent in their original condition and packaging where possible, including tags. If the tag is not included, then the return will be void.

None of this affects your statutory rights.

Free UK Delivery Offer

If you return an order in full and you qualified for free delivery, a delivery charge of £4.99 will be deducted from the return amount.

How do I return?

You are required to arrange and pay for the return of the items, and the items are your responsibility until they reach us.

Please ensure that you include an order reference, email address, postcode, or despatch note that we can use to locate your order. If this is not included, we can't make any refund.

Proof of postage

As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us, ensure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact the carrier about your return.

We're not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake (it happens!). If we're able to locate the items (it's not always possible) and you'd like these returned to you, we may ask you to cover the delivery cost.

Want to exchange an item?

Sorry, but we don't offer exchanges. If you need a different size or color of an item, then simply place a new order or request a credit for your return.
